IVKits is a field inventory and drug-log system for mobile IV therapy operations, operated by LibertyLab LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us"). This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we store it, and what rights you have as a customer. We have written this in plain English because we think that is the right thing to do.
What we collect
We collect information in two categories:
- Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, work email address, and company name. If you contact us, we keep a record of that communication.
- Operational data your team enters. This includes the supply items you configure, inventory counts your nurses log, restock requests, usage events, lot numbers, and expiration dates. This data belongs to you. We store it to operate the service on your behalf.
We do not collect patient names, patient identifiers, treatment records, or any protected health information (PHI). IVKits is not a patient record system and is not intended to be used as one.
How we use your data
- To operate and deliver the IVKits service to your account.
- To send transactional emails (account setup, password reset, billing receipts).
- To contact you about service updates, outages, or changes to this policy.
- To troubleshoot issues you report to us.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your operational data to train machine learning models or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
Where your data is stored
All data is stored on US-based cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party services to operate IVKits:
- Payment processing. Billing is handled by a third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number. The processor's privacy policy governs how payment data is handled.
- Transactional email. We use a third-party email service to send system notifications and receipts.
We do not add third-party analytics, ad trackers, or session-recording tools to the IVKits application.
Data retention
We retain your account and operational data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we keep your data for 90 days so you have time to export it. After 90 days, your data is deleted from our systems. We may retain anonymized aggregate statistics (no account-level data) for service improvement purposes.
Your rights
- Export. You can export your full inventory, transaction history, and account data at any time from within the application in CSV format.
- Deletion. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing [email protected]. We will complete the deletion within 30 days.
- Correction. If any account information we hold about you is inaccurate, email us and we will correct it.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. No system is perfectly secure. If you discover a security issue, please report it to [email protected].
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify active customers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
