Know What Every Nurse is Carrying.
In Real Time.
Most owners find out a nurse is running low when she texts them from a patient's driveway. IVKits shows you every nurse's inventory in real time — whether you stock a central supply or ship straight to each nurse — so you know before something goes wrong, not after.
Sound familiar?
If any of these sound familiar, you're running the same manual system every mobile IV company starts with. And you already know it's not working.
"A lot gets recalled and we lose days finding who had it."
The manufacturer pulls a lot number. Now you're calling vendors and nurses trying to reconstruct who carried it and when, while it's still out in the field.
"Someone on my team spends two full days a week on inventory."
One person. Two full days every week cross-checking what each nurse submitted, building the packing list by hand, and chasing down the ones who didn't respond. Then doing it all again next week.
"We ship supplies straight to our nurses and have no idea what they actually have."
Your vendors drop-ship to each nurse's door. Nothing tells you what landed, what's left, or what's about to expire in a trunk three states away.
What you're using now
Before IVKits, every mobile IV company tracks inventory the same way. Recognize any of these?
A spreadsheet someone updates weekly
It works until it doesn't. Nurses forget. Entries are stale by Friday. You rebuild it every week.
Every brand or region tracks it their own way
Nothing rolls up. You can't see the whole operation in one place, so problems hide inside individual brands until they get expensive.
Group texts at the end of every shift
Nurses message what they used, you scroll through 50 messages trying to piece it together.
Memory and hope
You're waiting for a nurse to text when supplies are low. Or waiting until she texts from a patient's driveway saying they're out.
Generic inventory tools weren't built for IV.
Multi-dose vial 28-day rules, mobile field nurses, dispatch-by-supply — none of it works in tools designed for clinics or warehouses. IVKits is purpose-built for mobile IV operations.
Everything your operation
has been missing.
Made for mobile IV, not adapted from clinic software.
Whether you run one mobile IV operation or fifteen across multiple brands, IVKits scales with you.
A consolidated fleet view rolls up every location and brand at once, then drills into one at a time. Each keeps its own inventory, par levels, items, and audit trail. You see them together where it counts.
Real-time inventory per nurse
One dashboard. Every nurse. Color-coded status — Critical, Below Par, or Stocked — at a glance. See current quantities, par levels, and forecasted days of supply remaining before you need to act. No calls. No texts. You already know.
Smart Dispatch
Select a treatment and headcount. IVKits shows you which nurses have enough supplies on hand to cover it right now — with their current quantities and nearest expiration. Assign in seconds. No calls, no guessing.
Expiration & lot tracking
Every vial tracked by lot number and expiration date. Multi-dose vials automatically reset to a 28-day open life the moment they're first punctured — the compliance detail that breaks every generic inventory tool.
Inbound verification & accountability
Whether supplies arrive from your warehouse or ship direct to the nurse from your vendor, the nurse confirms receipt in the app and you verify against the invoice. Complete audit trail, zero gaps.
Lot recalls in seconds
Manufacturer pulls a lot number. Enter it. IVKits tells you exactly which nurses had that lot, what dates they carried it, and when it was used. No spreadsheets. No emergency calls.
See exactly what every nurse received and used.
From intake to treatment to disposal, every step is logged immutably. You can pull a complete per-nurse audit trail in seconds, verify against invoices, spot discrepancies, and recall a lot across your entire fleet instantly.
Per-nurse compliance view
See which nurses are logging in real time and which have gone quiet. Follow up the same day before data goes stale. Activity gaps surface immediately.
Lot recalls in seconds
Manufacturer pulls a lot. Enter it. IVKits tells you exactly which nurses had it, when they carried it, and when it was used. No spreadsheets. No emergency calls.
Cost & consumption tracking
Every treatment automatically calculates supply cost. See your monthly burn rate, write-offs, and per-nurse spend without a spreadsheet.
Forecasting before nurses run out
A rolling forecast engine predicts how many days of each supply every nurse has left — before she runs out mid-cycle. You see the shortfall coming days in advance, not minutes before an appointment.
Smart dispatch by supply availability
Select a treatment and headcount. IVKits shows which nurses have enough supplies on hand right now — with quantities and nearest expiration. Assign in seconds without calls or guessing.

What changes when you use IVKits
For solo operators and multi-brand groups across multiple states.
Your office worker currently spends two full days a week reviewing inventory sheets and packing supplies. IVKits automates both. Those two days come back to your payroll immediately.
Across every brand and every state, one search shows exactly who carried a recalled lot and when. No phone tree.
A complete per-nurse audit trail across every brand and location, ready to pull for any date range.

Common questions
Will my nurses actually use it?
Yes. IVKits is built for nurses who are busy and moving, not for IT departments. It works on any phone, installs without an app store, and most nurses are logging real treatments on their first shift. No training classes. No setup on their end.
Does IVKits store patient data or require a HIPAA BAA?
No. IVKits is a field inventory and medication usage log system. We track what supplies your nurses are carrying, what they have used, and what needs reordering. We do not store patient names, treatment histories, medical records, or any other PHI. Your existing EHR remains the system of record for patient data. Because IVKits never handles PHI, you do not need a BAA from us.
What happens if I exceed my tier's nurse count?
You'll be invited to upgrade to the next tier. Above 25 nurses, you move to a custom plan with per-nurse pricing, just talk to us.
Which app stores is it on? iOS? Android?
Both. IVKits installs as a Progressive Web App, which means nurses add it to their phone in 30 seconds with no App Store, no IT, no install permissions. Works on iOS, Android, and desktop.
How long until we're live?
Most accounts are running within a few days. Our team walks you through inventory setup and staff training, with the founder on every onboarding. There is no implementation phase. You set up your items, invite your nurses, and start logging.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes. Full export of your inventory, transactions, and historical data is available any time, in CSV. Your data is yours.
We ship supplies directly to our nurses instead of stocking a warehouse. Does IVKits support that?
Yes. IVKits supports both models. Whether you stock a central supply and build delivery kits, or your vendors drop-ship straight to each nurse, IVKits tracks every unit per nurse. The nurse confirms what arrived, your office verifies it against the invoice, and you get the same complete audit trail either way.
Can IVKits handle multiple brands, locations, and states?
Yes. A consolidated fleet view rolls up every brand and location at once, then drills into one at a time. Each brand keeps its own inventory, items, par levels, and audit trail. It's built for operations running across many states.
Can IVKits connect to our EMR or dispatch software?
IVKits is the inventory and audit layer that sits on top of your stack, not a replacement. Already on an EMR like IntakeQ or your own dispatch software? We'd love to integrate with it. Connecting the systems you already rely on is part of how we onboard enterprise teams.
Works with the tools you already run.
